Meyer Wilson is investigating claims from investors who lost money in accounts managed by Henley & Company LLC (Henley & Co.) in Uniondale, New York.
According to FINRA’s BrokerCheck, Henley & Co. supervisor Michael Laderer is the subject of a pending customer dispute that claims he failed to provide reasonable, adequate, and meaningful supervision and allowed one of the Henley brokers to carry out a $2.5 million Ponzi scheme.
Meyer Wilson handles investment loss cases involving Ponzi schemes, failures to supervise, and FINRA arbitration nationwide. We work on a contingency fee, which means our clients do not pay for our work unless there is a successful recovery of lost funds. Call (800) 738-1960 or contact us online for a free consultation.
