San Antonio Broker Derrick Trussell Barred by FINRA For Failing to Comply with Regulatory Investigation Over Outside Business Activities
San Antonio Broker Derrick Trussell (CRD# 5197550) has been barred from acting as a broker and associating with brokerage firms after he refused to comply with FINRA’s requests for information. Trussell had been registered with PFS Investments of San Antonio, TX from September 2006 to May 2017. He was fired from PFS Investments on May 15, 2017 after the firm received an allegation that Trussell engaged in unapproved private securities transactions.
According to FINRA’s online BrokerCheck database, Trussell has 4 pending customer complaints from 2019 involving allegations of unauthorized trading and misrepresentation. The pending complaints all have to do with investments sold to the customers by Trussell that may have not been approved by PFS Investments.
