Meyer Wilson Investigating Claims Against Broker Bradley Ross

According to the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), UBS Financial Services, Inc. broker and investment adviser Bradley J. Ross (CRD# 1325524) has two pending customer disputes against him.

The first dispute filed in August 2014 alleges that Ross recommended overconcentration in precious metals investments between November 2011 and December 2014. The customer requested over $1 million in damages.

The second dispute filed in May 2016 alleges overconcentration of funds and unauthorized trading with certain securities historically used as hedges against the market and inflation. The customer requested $99,000 in damages.

According to his publicly available BrokerCheck report, Ross, who is currently registered with UBS Financial Services based out of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, has settled four other customer disputes for a total of $219,999. The allegations in those disputes included refusing to follow client’s directives, buying unsuitable investments, unauthorized trading, overconcentration of funds in a specific sector, delayed conversion of warrants, and suitability and use of margin alleged damages.
