have already been settled and closed.
Aquino-Valez is currently not registered. His employment with Morgan Stanley

Puerto Rican Bonds
Meyer Wilson continues to investigate claims involving the sale of Puerto
Rico municipal bonds to investors. Investors may have been sold closed-end
bond funds without warning of the potential risks. Many others may have
received unsuitable recommendations to invest when they didn't have
adequate funds to afford those risks.
