Roderick Yzaguirre (CRD# 2484360), formerly registered as a financial advisor with
Merrill Lynch, was recently the subject of multiple customer complaints involving serious
allegations from Merrill Lynch customers. Meyer Wilson is currently investigating
claims alleging that while Yzaguirre was working at Merrill Lynch, he
misappropriated and stole money from his customers.
According to Yzaguirre’s FINRA report, between March 10, 2015 and
April 17, 2015, he became the subject of eight new customer disputes.
Seven of those complaints allege that Yzaguirre misappropriated customer
funds. Yzaguirre’s FINRA report shows that Merrill Lynch paid more
than $3.3 million to the customers to settle these disputes. Yzaguirre
voluntarily resigned from Merrill Lynch on March 2, 2015.
